Equipment

All equipment can be provided.

However if you want your own then you will need the following:

 

MAT

Ensure it is full length body version and non slip.

CLOTHING

Wear loose comfortable clothing, no trainers required, although you may want to wear socks to keep your feet warm and cozy. A warm top for the cool down.

TOWEL

A small towel will be sufficient.

DRINKS

Drinks bottle to keep you hydrated
