Please bring your own mat, ensure it is a full-length body version and non-slip.
Wear loose comfortable clothing, no trainers required, although you may want to wear socks to keep your feet warm and cosy.
Ensure you bring a warm top for the cool down a small towel and a drinks bottle to keep you hydrated.
